Letter from the President 2018

Gene KrawchukHappy New Year:

It’s hard to believe that 2018 is almost half way over. Our organization will take a brief summer hiatus after our Golf Tournament, which will be held on June 14th at Allenmore Golf Course.

As I look back on our first five months of General Meetings for PSMLA, I feel proud of the content our speakers presented and solid attendance our membership has displayed. KEN PERRY started us out in January with his candid and focused insight on industry regulations and beyond. In February, Chief Economist for Windermere, MATTHEW GARDNER, provided his usual polished economic forecast for our area. For those who missed our March event, I will say that it was probably one of the most heartwarming and inspiring stories ever brought to PSMLA. Thank you to ERIN JONES for sharing your amazing story.

April brought one of the best attended and impactful events we’ve ever had. BRIAN STEVENS (Co-Host of the National Real Estate Post) delivered an evening of candor, laughs and unique insight along with cutting edge marketing techniques. I know many of our members have engaged in follow ups with Brian and his team. Brian really enjoyed our group and I hope we will have him speak again in the future. Our REALTOR PANEL EVENT in May was also very well attended and appreciated by our membership. Many thanks to panelists Toril, Ann Jones, Aaron Gerry and Joe Bauman for their time and insight provided.

Once we return from our summer break, Michael Fanning, will kick us off with an evening of Business Strategies on 9/13.

In the meantime, best wishes for continued success for the remainder of 2018 and beyond. We are fortunate to be able to do business in the Pacific Northwest.

All the Best,
